This song is about using alcohol and partying to forget your pain after a break up. "don't wanna be the girl who laughs the loudest Or the girl who never wants to be alone" She doesn’t want to be the girls at the party who is laughing for the attention of the girl that is always trying to go home with someone so the don’t feel alone. You know the hevely drunk girls hanging on everyone and making a secen like they are having the best time of their lives. "I don't wanna be the girl who has to fill the silence Crying scares me cause it screams the truth Please don't tell me that we had that conversation" She doesn’t want to be in pain so she distracts herself to forget about what is going on with her life. She drinks herself into oblivion to make herself forget convorations. The scilence is defining because it makes her think. She knows that this habit is bad but being drunk make her forget her problems. She knows in the end that she is fucking herself over but for now it is the only way see sees away out. All and all this song is about drinking yourself into oblivion and making yourself forget and feel better about being alone. Deep down even when she is drunk though she feels the pain. |

| Love this song!! It is my favorite by far on the CD. Maybe it is just because I am a huge pansy but this song made me cry. Before you draw your judgments let me explain... This is my last year in high school and everything is going great except one of my best friends. She is madly in love with a loser. The whole school hates him because he is mean and skuzzy. With in a week of knowing him she lost her virginity to him to make him love her. “And you thought you could change the world.
