this song really reminds me of a book i've read about a girl who was addicted (and I mean really addicted to drugs) her whole life and when she was like 40 years old she went into coma (if that's what u call it) bcause of the drugs and then she looks back at her life as an addict, it's based on a true story so when i hear this song i think of someone who's in a coma/almost dying yeah it's really sad but so beautiful!!! |

this song's really good, like every other SP song i've heard! their lyrics are so much like my own lyrics (uh yeah I write songs myself too) and it's like when I read the lyrics first I think 'how can that possibly fit with music?' but then I hear the song and i'm like 'of course! thatz how it works...' I don't think anybody gets this...uhh but I also like the guitar solo, it's really cool |

omg I love this song! it amazes me and what I don't understand; if I (or anybody else) would write I WALK ALONE 12 times in ONE song nobody would take it serious and everybody would say 'it's too simple' and 'it's so not original' but Green day can make a song like this and than it's soo amazing (yeah i agree it IS an amazing song) and I think the whole new album is GREAT so if u don't have it yet BUY IT it's worth it! |

I can understand this song is about a couple, arguing alot, but... I can mostly relate to it as if it's about me and my parents. They think they can change the way I am and i wanna tell them; they can't. everytime my dad's yelling at me again and telling me I'm not allowed to do things the way I want to, I'm like "I'll never ask permission from you, fuck off I'm not listening to you" and in a certain way, if u listen to the lines "I'm not coming home I'm never going to come back home I got too fucked up again and passed out on the plane tried to forget you I can't forget you No sleep on this flight I'll think about the nights we had to get through how did we get through?" to me it seems like a letter, from someone who's ran away from his parents/his girlfriend, whatever, and he's like 'I'm not coming home' but on the other hand he admits that he misses her (or them) what do you think about that idea? |

everytime I hear this song, i get this weird feeling, can't explain it. Sad, but happy at the same time. sometimes i even get tears in my eyes from this song. It's so beautiful! Tom's voice sounds so perfect "I swear that I can go on forever again..." I wish I had someone to be with, or to think of, when listening to this song... |

@ the beginning it seems like a sad song, but it's not really that sad. It's beautiful how he expresses his feelings...I really like the part where he sings "here i go, so dishonestly, leave a note 4 u my only one" I love this song! But i thought the video doesn't really show the true meaning of the song, they could've made a better vid. |
