This song is about heroin. Like really really obviously about heroin. "I can taste you on my lips and smell you on my clothes cinnamon and sugary..." If you've ever been around or been a junkie you don't forget that not quite opium not quite cinnamon reek and the smell really is so sweet you can taste it. Knowing this the rest of the song is pretty easy to decipher.
