Yea... John took alotta hits cuz he was anti-war... the line "They’re going to crucify me." actually caused contraversy cuz it had the word CRUCIFY as if he was Jesus... ugh stupid ppl lol anywho the Beatles broken up because Paul wanted his brother-in-law to handle their money or some shit like that. and everyone else wanted this other guy to do it... they felt that since its Paul's brother-in-law, he'd favor Paul and Paul would always get what he wanted. Paul told everyone that the guy they wanted to use was a crook. But no one wanted to listen. They were all just drifting apart. One thing that pissed off Paul was that John didnt want Linda in the recording studio but he brought Yoko. You can see tension between everyone in the movie Let It Be.
o0o btw interesting fact about this song... Paul and John are the only people on the track... they couldn't wait for Ringo and George to get there because John was going to forget the song so they played it together then did it again playing other instruments and mixed them together.. cool stuff |

This song was actually sort of inspired by his therapist. He told John to get all his frustration out by just screaming sometimes. When he's screaming "WELL WELL WEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLL" he's releasing anger and pain from mainly his childhood and some from his present situation. |
