I heard that this song was written about his mother. A girl I know did a report on Hendrix and researched him a bunch, and according to her research, Jimi would have dreams and visions about his mother when he was young (apparently she died when he was little). This song is based off of that. |

Okay heres my opinions so rip on me if you want.
1) This song is totally badass
2) I hope its about taking back sunday because they suck major ass.
3) OldskoolrockerJTS is dumb, i'll tell you why. 100% of the people who listen to Ozzy Osbourne and Van Halen and stuff like that are drunk bastards who come home every day to beat their wives and beat off to Arnold Schwarzeneggar movies because they think they are big tough badasses who are so pumped up on testosterone that they cant even think. Music isnt about having the biggest baddest fucking guitar solo, its a form of self expression, and if you're gonna go ripping on emo people expressing themselves, then you might as well rip on the whole world, because everyone, on some level, is emo, because everyone feels like shit sometimes, even tough guys who love metallica and all that metal, and im sure if you look at the lyrics of some of the artists you've mentioned, you'll notice that they have their fair share of whining and sadness in their lyrics. |
