| im 22, a 5th year college student and glad to say that im still a virgin. i have withstood the ridicule of friends that make fun of me for being a virgin. but im still not ashamed. more so am i glad to be. i have had my fair share of girlfriends and one night stands. not to toot my own horn but im a pretty good looking guy who has his share of opportunities, but i feel like i need to wait. im by no means waiting till im married but i am waiting for someone who i feel like i would actually like to give my virginity too. i mean, its a one time thing, its not sayig i love you, its not buying a ring or getting married, its is the one true thing that can only be given (or taken away) once. once you lose it, its gone...it cant come back. this song in particular has just helped me believe my beliefes of my decision are correct. my best friend who lost her's on a mistake has told me a hundred times how she wishes she was in my position. but to wrap it up, great song, we all know what its about. to all those younger than i, listen to the lyrics, listen to your friends, everyone will agree that its something special, save it until the time is right. | |

as i've said in another post, i know these guys and the girls they are singing about. its not really about just a girl he's talking when he's drunk, but rather his girlfriend for a long time and just about the times we all get drunk together and how his feelings come out after a few beers... good stuff if you live in NC try to catch these guys on tour, they seriously are the best band you will ever see live. not only is it more powerful, but they actually sound better on stage, cause thats what they strive for |

| yeah Days Away is a really good band. After the Warped Tour in Charlotte, we talked to the guys and they were talking about how its sucks for the smaller bands cause they have nowhere to go hang out or shower...so my friend invited them back to his house to eat some pizza, shoer and whatnot. So they came and just chilled with us for a couple hours. The guys are really cool and down to earth. Moral of the story...good job Days Away. | |

very good song.. But I agree with EmothicA...come on guys, I really enjoy chris's music and love to get drunk and sing it with my friends. But its people like you that kill it. You make him out to be some acoustic god when in fact he is just a guy on a stool. Listen and enjoy, but please don't over-glamorize the Chris. |
