now to get back on track. i think this song has maybe a political undertone? how we are basically zombies to our society and just do what we are told. a crusade? a war on oil? when asked if this was a political album trent replied " as in the definition: of or relating to your views about social relationships involving authority or power? then, yes it is." |

stuff gets aired on mtv because it's whatever the people want, so if we want alk3 then we will get alk3. if it becomes "mainstreem", whatever. the song's still the same. the band still rocks. so who the fuck cares if it's played right after brittany spears. it's great that some people are being exposed to the different styles of music. whatever, people are just so closed minded when they think that their music is right and others are wrong. |

my opinion it's all about herion. think about the lyrics wiht the needle and everything and then put the music with it. slow at first, and then it gets faster (the high) and then at the end that one big note is his crash. it's being an addict and having nothing else in the world except pain and drugs. well that's my opinion. heh, prolly thinking too much of it. but it makes sense to me |
