i love these lyrics.. so surrealistic... more people should listen to this band. I think it's sort of their version of the "goodnight" song for children. |

Well it can't only be about long distance relationships.. I think he has some destructive thought on his mind, that is tearing him apart, because he can't get rid of it. Maybe he is suspecting unfaithfulness - he knows it's not true, but he can't let it go anyhow.
Anyway terrific song, I don't know why it has so few comments.. when I was two weeks in Thailand, these lyrics are exactly what I wanted to communicate to my then girlfriend :> |

this song is so touching.. the first time I heard it, I didn't take much to the melody.. but it grew on me, and is now one of my favourite songs - I wish I knew the deeper meaning of the lyrics.. what I've come to is that it's about a guy, whose girl friend must've gotten seriously hurt and put in the hospital, seemingly unable to contact with him.. either a coma or death. So he was so dependant on this girl in the past, that he doesn't know what to do with himself anymore, he can't work without her.
