I could never find it yet until the internet came to form...I also heard this song in Career Oppurtunites with Frank Whaley and the ever so hot Jennifer Connolly. Herstrattling the horse in Target is one of the sexiest images in film history!!

I think the song is about a son who remembers daily about a father's drinking problem. I also think that the mother remarried another alcoholic and that he was tormented by the memories of both father figures. Rivers might have written this song about a childhood friend.......
