Wow, I really don't know what to think about them now that I know they're Christian. I have nothing against Christians, but in a way.. I do. I was in a Christian school for 10 yrs and they just make you want to hate them anyway. And by them throwing around the word 'hell', it doesn't shock me one bit. Hypocrites are what the majority of Christians are made up of, whether you want to accept or believe that anyway. And if they profess to be Christian and want other people to be influenced by their music, they really shouldn't show themselves as that, because honestly, who wants to be part of a religion of hypocrites? The Pharasees of the Bible were hypocrites and greatly shunned by the Christians of that time and God did not approve of what they were doing. How do you think He feels of you being one yourself as a Christian? Hmm? But those are just my thoughts...
Btw, on a totally different kind of topic, their name also gives off the impression of them being Christian. 12 Stones. The 12 sons of Jacob which in turn produced the 12 tribes of Israel. Just a thought, though...
Hah I hope that all made some sense because of the plain babbling of it all.

I totally agree with sunBurnt.. Go see Butch! I've only gotten to see him twice at Music Midtown, once in Marvie and once by himself and he is THE rockstar. He's the only reason I love living in Atlanta. |

LOL yeop I get it. Ummm, Jed's (lead singer) voice reminds me a lot of Jason Wade from Lifehouse and Gavin Rossdale from Bush... it's kinda like a mix, LOL. Well their music is an alternative rock/pop and they've been compared to the Goo Goo Dolls, Fuel, Tonic, Gin Blossoms, and Lifehouse. So if you like any of those bands' music, you should like them. You may even if you don't. Dunno, but I think they're a fucking awesome band. |
