Wow, I'm the first to comment on this incredible song. Well, I have NO idea what it's about. I'll be the first to admit that. I love this single, however. :-) Great, furious punk rock made in a reggae-pop-surf style that makes you wanna imitate a British accent: "The name is Bond. James Bond." Slink down London streets in pursuit of the bad guys. All in the name of punk rock! Yeah. I don't know what I'm saying. But this band will be absolutely HUGE. :-) |

Basically, Rivers gets sick and tired of his fans telling him what to do, what to say, how to act, what to write, how to play, etc: "They know it all and they're pinning you to boards..." And when he doesn't do what they want they spread rumors: "It's a game that you'll play, but you can't have fun when all they say is lies ..." I feel sorry for him for having such weird fans like us :) |

"Burndt Jamb" is quiet and simple, with a trippy, upbeat rhythmic melody. It makes me feel utterly happy each time I listen to it, and it's a refreshing change of pace on "Maladroit."
