wow! :) a girl who doesn't like dashboard. i can't stand him now. liked him a lot with the vacant andy's and further seems forever, but now what an mtv prick. i saw the sparta show with dashboard and weezer at PNC in jersey. I might have been one of 5 that knew the sparta words, but they were so amazing. chris carraba blew, all new stuff sounded exactly like his other band, further seems forever, which is pretty good. So i guess he totally screwed em off. i particularly hated all the abercrombie bastards who were screaming the lyrics and giving him the devil sign. that pissed the shit outa me. weezer was very good though, a little too theatrical. Sparta just needs the stage presence of ATD-I. I miss all the jumping and energy. k later |

thanks a lot to whoever posted these lyrics. Now i'm only looking for lyrics to of the room. Anyone know where to find them? anyway, this song rules. what's it mean? well to me it means that he's trying to get away from something or somebody. probably something. like a problem or something. he's running away but it always finds him. "in the back room, in the suitcase." he just wants to cut the ribbon. my old gf was like this. always running from her problems. but hey, i could be wrong. I'm just happy that sparta write about something other than cliche emo stuff. i'm seeing em in a couple days. can't wait. thanx for listening |

| Bright Eyes – Something Vague Lyrics

man this song is amazing. all of bright eyes is fucking amazing. i tried to get some of my friends into him, but they're all stuck pretending to like emo and listening to dashboard and stuff like that. I'm not saying dashboard isn't good, maybe he's getting a little head strong with all this mtv crap, but conor's simply amazing. This song in particular. The "hang like a star" line is good, but the whole imagery of the bridge in the dream is out of this world intense. The total hopelessness and how the music keeps getting more and more intense till the end even when you think its as far as it can go is amazing. That's another this, bright eyes music is just as amazing as the lyrics, the two compliment each other like nothing else I've heard. k, later |
