| Cage – Scenester Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| this song is classic and is a tribute to all the girls that i have to get stuck standing by at a show trying hard not to slit their wrists the right way for them. | |

| superelk1, you really know how to ruin a song. Why is it so important to know the meaning of a song anwyays? It is left open for self interuptation but I highly doubt he is just being perverted. You're simple minded and it is annoying. | |
| Motion City Soundtrack – The Future Freaks Me Out Lyrics | 22 years ago |
| The fact he uses a name like Betty makes the song even better. | |

Fuck you uprising. Selling out doesn't mean making more money. or getting more publicity. first of all I am no were NEAR a new fan. second of all... yeah there is no second of all. and personally no one here thinks "we are all hardcore" at least I don't. I hate labels. but you obviously do otherwise you wouldn't have felt the need to say it.. uhh I didnt say that, learn to read. And again what you and that other kid said, maybe you should read more carefully too, you saw what you wanted to see just to rant about it. put your two cents it where its worth it chulavista, look at yourself, for what you're saying I am doing, you've turned around and done the same. Obviously you all can't pick up sarcasm when inserted. I almost feel sorry. |

| Eminem – Without Me Lyrics | 23 years ago |
| I'm still trying to grasp why'd you comment on a band you don't like. List some of the artists you listen too, so we can all tell you how they have no talent. Lame, when in reality, he couldn't care if you like him or not. Actaully by you sitting here saying you dislike his lyrically persuation to get at you, he has suceeded, so for eminem by all means continue expressing how much he effects your morality. | |

by Chocaholic on 06-04-2002 @ 08:55AM by xglassjawx on 05-19-2002 @ 02:56PM hi...i like their new stuff....but i love their old stuff...they changed a little..i don't know if it's a good or bad change though...ehh, i love them, they can cover polka songs and i would love them still immensely... Every band changes - it's a GOOD thing.. Staying the same means not growing.. And it's all about trying to be a crowd-pleaser... (i.e Limp Bizkit) I think that GlassJAw have improved a lot... And a few songs, such as "Tip Your Bartender" are very Kiss Kiss Bang Bang style which is EXCELLENT! ) All in all, the new CD kicks major arse!! ;o) by thewhitepony33 on 06-04-2002 @ 09:42PM the last verse might be: "how could you win, if you know he's back to blame Knowing you're right, wont you wait?" Bands aren't crowd pleasers, they dont changed to please a crowd, what the heck are you talking about you idiot. It's all about the music ask any band, they do what THEY LOVE. Not what is going to sell. Do and interview with a band, ask them how it feels to be on stage, you kids have so much to learn, tour a day in a bands shoes that live out of vans to come play, and you can see 4 bands for 12 bucks, or half you guys not go to shows like that. and this kid : by chulavista on 06-17-2002 @ 01:59PM if glassjaw sells out or whatever their music is not going to change all thats gonna happen is their going to get more money and i dont think it matters if a band sells out moron, it's widely known that selling out means changing, even though I dont buy into the whole selling out issue, you managed to contradict everything you said and to top it off make yourself look like an ass. |

| You know how I can tell you guys are new fans? Look at what you are saying, 'selling out' there isn't such a thing. It just occured to me why I didnt sign up for this board long ago, you all think you are hardcore saying I listen to their old stuff this new album is changed. Well bands do that you know, with age comes change and they wanted something different. A band getting recognized by media doesn't mean they are selling out, if half of you even knew what glassjaw has been dealt you'd be happy for them getting signed to warner, or oh? did you just assume they have always been on that label..probably...anyways They deserve the money and the well earned publicity, if they get it good, if they dont thats fine. glassjaw will always be glassjaw. so shut up. | |
