Jesus it's pathetic how some of you people always adopt the "punker-than-you" attitude all the time. God forbid someone has different musical tastes than you do. I like the Pixies, don't get me wrong, but there's no reason to act like a prick just because someone else doesn't. To WhiteTide, yes Shel-B did say it was ugly. That's an opinion. It doesn't make someone an idiot because they don't think it's a masterpiece. So they didn't know it was a cover song. God fucking forbid. And yes, I'll be the first to admit, some people who listen to this music are just hipsters, teeny boppers, but that's what happens in every type of music, and if there's one person who makes the scene worse than them, it's the "elite" ones who think they're the know-all end-all of music, and think they're better than everyone else. Get off your fucking high horse and learn to accept the fact that everything you do, and everything you think, isn't what everyone else does and thinks. |
