BTW most of his songs are about sex. From different concerts he will say each song will have a different meaning. Before they finally got back into doing arena shows he would go through little scenarios for about 7 out of 12 songs. It was cool. Anyway I digress. It's a love song either way, the girl in the song is in love with him and he tells her "I may not be the one for you. But lets try" then comes the sexual euphemisms. |

According to Walt Lafty (from a concert in Toledo at the Bijou 07/17/05) its just about a hot chick in a stolen red Camaro, that he had known. |

This song for some reason didn't hit me until I got out of a certain relationship. Anyway...
Starting when they meet each other they are getting along. But as the relationship is progressing he starts to notice she is using him to get what she wants. But all of his feelings cover his judgement to leave her before she tries to hurt him more. So he just takes it without a second thought. She decides it doesn't work out (guessing after he stops giving her what she wants) and he doesn't care for it much. But when it was all over his friends were on his side all along. |

Basically I see this as being like Twister62 said. This is very much about sex. They start it out as kind of a fling type thing then when he thinks about turning into a relationship they feel it all come apart. He isn't going to let it get to him since nothing was ever started anyway though. |

MeShell I think had the best thought of it. The girl seems to be his disease. She thinks she is all hot shit and he was the only one to put her in her place. But she still kind of plagues his mind.
All though I can see where Happily Sullen gets their idea from. Which gives it more of a strong meaning. Just depends on how you look at it.
At first I didn't care much for this song. I figured this CD was going to be bad. But It kind of grows on you. The rest of the CD was great though. |

I get a mixed feeling on this song. It seems either that She is leaving someone whom is jelous and when she does leave the person begins to think that she is leaving because he is right. But in all reality is wrong. She still cares about him but doesn't want him to keep thinking that no matter what she does.
Or on the other hand. could mean that someone close has died. they had their reasons to die and she didn't get to tell them exactly how she felt. But knows that they are still there with her.
Could be way off. Still gives me another feeling but I'm not quite able to explain it. |

Cougar,
I saw that show. They had a lot of good songs on there. But they were just so pissed because they had November Rain on there because of that they already had a ballad. VH1 can fuck off on that. They didn't have any metal bands on there to talk about it because I know they would feel differently about the matter. It was just a bunch of washed up comedians and actors. |

Pretty easy song to understand. He did everything for this person. Just to find that he will get nothing from it.
Thanks Faithlesssinner for posting these. I've been trying to for months now but the server never acted right. |

| Papa Roach – Scars Lyrics

By "Scars" he is refering to the emotional scars that he was given by the relationship. He "cared too much" about this person only to be hurt. Now she is comming around trying to get help from him. He sees that she is falling out but he doesn't really want to help because of what happened. He also doesn't want to be with anyone else "Drunk and I'm feeling down and I want to be alone" but mainly doesn't want to be with the ex. He has to move on and now he knows what to watch out for. |

Well heroin seems to fit best because of the fact that it brings you so far down. I'm just using the drug side of this here. But out of the popular drugs out there that is the one that brings you "So far down" and pulls you away from everything around you. Pot doesn't do that, some pills will but that would contradict the needle that he is refering to. While the song is more metaphorical. He just wants something to take away the pain that he feels. |

Good job Queen Vegeta. I thought that too at one point. And I still have that feeling because then it would relate more to myself. But that is what makes songs like these great.. its that you can get more then one interpretation from it, one that means something to you. I mainly went with what seemed like was more to the song. |

I think its about how he doesn't care about anything. He is immune to what people say and do. |

That song sounds like its about heroin and the addiction of it "Without it I'm failing," and "the stages I go through." And a lyric that was not posted but is in the song "Waiting for the needle to take away the pain." Seeing as heroin calms you down. |

Its a great song and all. But it could have been made so much better if Kane's music wasn't put into it and they used their own. That would be great. |
