I actually wasn't trying to push my views on anyone. I never said I liked the band, or I didn't like the band. If I like the band, why should I care what other people think? They can like what they want, and the same for me. I just find it utterly ridiculous that people who have the balls to call themselves punk, can or do criticize people on their music. Being a punk is not just about the music. Infact, it's barely about the fucking music. To be a punk, is do do what you want, and not care what other's think or say. It's called being liberal. That goes for dress, opinions, and music.
And sure, this webpage has it's little comment boxes to fill in what you think...about the band, or certain song! But when people start with the derogatory name calling toward eachother, it just gets out of hand. Just state you opinion about the band and/or song, and be done with it. No other type of conversation is needed. |

if you guys/gals were true punks, there would be unity! no matter what kind of music you listened to.... who the fuck cares! the point is, music is made for enjoyment. not to be judge by other assholes. so, keep your opinions to yourselves, and let people enjoy what they want. |
