I completely love SP, their music is awesome and I can relate to every song, especially the Worst Day Ever. About punk hitting mainstream - it sucks. mourninghasbroken - its sucky because if they hit mainstream they will BECOME BRITNEY SPEARS. Teeny boppers will listen to them because everyone else does, there will be dolls and made for tv concerts. Kids will start dressing "punk" so they can look like that "really cool band that has that number one song on the radio". They don't deserve good music. Mainstream media ruins music. They play everything out. Once a band hits Teen People Magazine its all downhill for the *real* fans. We don't need 13 year old girls in tube tops with nsync picture covered walls taking our favorite bands and turning then into a trend. |
