i don't think they are meant to be this dark. to me when he says bleed, he wants her to let it out. let out what she has been keeping from him. i think they could be tears to go with the lies. when he says *bleed more furiously* i think he means cover up your tracks, lie more and more to get out, but she stops finally. x |

saves the day are a bit more suckier now. this is an ace song, but stay what you are was a poor album in contrast to can't slow down and through being cool. ok, i understand that chris's lyrics are alot more seriously and harsher on the new record, mainly due to that accident, but music side they seemed to have drifted into rather typical bland poppy stuff. i'm not saying it's bad, but they seemed to have lost the edge that set them apart from the rest. the same with the get up kids, and alkaline trio. they have matured, all of them, but all of their newer stuff has lost therawness that made them so excited to watch in the first place. the maturity's their, but it doesn't feel the same :( |

i know i added this up but i simply had too. this band are so intense, they need to be noticed. my favourite ever live band, along with planes mistaken for stars and sparta, they are just too brilliatn describe. to me this is about a relationhsip breaking up, simpole but sweet. *as i watch her cry i realise we are mortal* to me show's the guy realising that their relationship can;t be as good as it seems and nothing lasts forever. dreams meaning things that are immortal but never really came across to be realised. amazing. x |
