The Lyrics are wrong!! Saw her yesterday and I NEVER I felt the feeling like I felt today. And now it's taking over. I've never met anyone like you cause I never could find the words to write to you. She's been on my mind (she's working overtime). She's got perfect reason. She said she love to talk to Jesus. I Think I believe her when she said life could be so simple if we all just learned to pray. She's got every little thing I wanted and it still feels just like the day it started. I'll say goodbye to the broken hearted and I could never express the way I felt before tonight. She sits there all alone and she's reading from a chapter that she sometimes calls her own. and now, She's taking over me cause this girl I once rejected has now become the girl of my dreams. She's not an ordinary girl, I can see it in her eyes. I'm Just an ordinary boy. God must have heard my prayers last night. Thats how it goes. Anyways now that those little fixes are made. This song is about him falling in love with a Christian girl who's faith is just plain awesome. She teaches and shows him things about faith that really impact his life and just make him to fall even more in love with her. She has impacted his life and brought him closer to God. He knows she is someone special who God has placed into his life and he doesn't even know if he deserves it, she is the answer to many of his prayers. This song makes me think of my girlfriend and I relly like playing it when she is around. I am beginning to feel more and more like he does everyday. |

I think it is pretty interesting how many peopel don't even know they are a Christian band. They are talking about how we, mankind, are meant to live for so much more. Just look at the part that says "More than this world's got to offer" What they are saying we are meant to live for is not something earthly, but God. We are a fallen broken people, all mankind is, we have lost ourselves and forgotten why we are here. We are meant to live for God and his glory, not the superficial things of this world. We were not meant to live the way society tells us to, we were meant to live how God created us to, in His grace, those who know Christ and this grace know how much more it truly is than the things of this world. |
