This is definitely my fave RHP song. It's melancholy but uplifiting and romantic. The wavering guitar and stacatto (sp?) percussion keep the song moving unlike some other RHP songs that end up dragging. Vocals are excellent as always. I can always draw out a great mental image from this song. |

| A lot of people rant on the lyrical quality of Something to Write Home About but I really think 4MM is on the same level, as is On a Wire, and Pryor's New Amsterdams albums. The variety of music TGUK put along with these lyrics is what I believe makes them such a special band. They don't recycle, they evolve and mature. | |
