| Love this song! clearly about forgiveness no matter how bad we screw up. "covers the shame/removes the stain" and that it's not about how hard we try to be perfect. "she travels outside of karma." great uplifting message. | |

i believe it's a commentary on Christ. before all the proud-to-be-atheist people jump on me, why don't you reread the lyrics with this in mind. "to celebrate you is greater" "now you see what i came for" "and now I see you in a beautiful and different light" "forgiving your behavior" / "any damage done will be all right" "look at me who could raise you" "the life you have narrated" come on... with the title of 'Savior'? seems clear the meaning of the song.
