This is one of the deepest songs that Tenacious D. At first glance it doesn't make much sense, but between the lines is an entire story. They show that their spirit is stronger than the nonsense of the real world, and they've built a fantasy world for themselves by boxing out the real world. (What's the name of my girlfriend/I don't know) They aren't one of us. They come from an ancient time. And they are known by different names too, showing their other-worldlyness. EXPLOSIVO. |
