You people are nuts. When asked about the meanings of the blue album songs Rivers said about Surf Wax America "it's about beer." He said about Say It Ain't So, "also about beer." Looking into a Weezer song is hard to do. Rivers does nothing but write songs; they can't all have deep, insightful meanings. It seems as though most of the feeling he puts into music goes into the actual music part (except on Pinkerton). Just check out his guitar solos. Weezer rules... |
