This song is absolutely amazing. It's catchy and extremely insightful and relates directly to a situation I was in recently. Pretty much every line ties to my girl, but I was especially drawn to "The boys mean she's protected" because the girl I wanted to save surrounded herself with guys even though they used her and it ultimately destroyed things between us. One of the saddest things is when the girl pushes away the nice guy even though it hurts her more in the long run. How can we save someone who doesn't want to be saved? It sucks. Awesome song, tho! |

This is probably my favorite Rufio song right now because I'm totally living it. The situation completely sucks but the band captures it so well that I can't help but listen.

Those lines sum things up perfectly. I met her, fell for her, she told me she loved me and yet pushed me away. She wasn't ready for something real and substantial and now we've lost our chance forever. It's a crazy thing, this life... :-(

This was the first Rufio song I ever heard. It reminded me of an amazing girl I met earlier this year. I used to force her to slow dance with me in the game room at our college with everyone watching us. It was embarrassing but definitely sweet and this song totally describes the way I felt during our absurd dances. This song introduced me to this band and was only the beginning of a series of awesome lyrics relevant to my life. |

This song blew me away when I first heard it. It completely mirrors a girl I got to know quite well recently. She was just coming out of a long relationship and seemed totally lost and closed in. As we got closer emotionally, she shut me out more and more until I finally told her to face the truth and move on. She ditched me completely. Oh well....this song still rules! |
