i think its weird how only one person mentioned the line about taking his belt and shoelaces away. that struck me as odd, because that's what they do when you get put in a jail cell, so you dont hang yourself or something. chris carrabba in jail is hard to picture. his new stuff seems so different, no necessarily bad, just different. |

kenny is amazing. all i hear is about how nice he is and all this great stuff and now i read these lyrics and i am just astonished. this is good stuff. at first i didnt like this song, (like a few others) but once you read the lyrics it makes you appreciate the song so many times more. |

ah yes. the background singing in this song is by the singer of a hardcore band called bane, on equal vision records. matt skiba and danny andriano from alk3 sing on "something i call perosnality" on this cd. and mark hoppus of blink182 plays bass on one of the songs, i forget which. knowledge is power lol. |

guys...dont say this is about the midtown/drive thru fight. all these internet rumors are started by people like you. for example, the whole taking back sunday vs. brand new thing. i wore my brand new t-shirt to the taking back sunday show and then personally asked the guitarist about it...all fake. so just accept that this song is probably about someone's friend taking their girl and they're not happy about it. some nfg songs are about love conflicts... |
