This song is just powerful to listen to. I think when he is screaming out 'excuses' he's putting in so much emotion that it sounds almost like he's going to cry. In the words used before me...great song. |

They played this song at cornerstone and it was just nuts. If you haven't been to cornerstone I would definitely say its an experience you have to have. |

the ending of this song is awesome... it just seems so intense i don't know how to explain it. XkannenX calm down buddy its just music lets not act as if we were 2nd graders and saying "you can't have my toy" similar to you saying "its my band you can't have it." Breathe a little and then just be happy their music is getting out to the public. Seriosuly about the whole MTV thing you guys just need to put yourself in any bands situation. Do you want more people to hear your music? Yes. Is MTV a good way to publicize your music to ppl who haven't yet been introduced to you? Yes. So come'on guys lets all just mature a little and realize its very good music the more people who hear it the better. Breathe a bit. |

Sometimes people on this site act so childish. When u were in 2nd grade does this ring a bell. "You can't have my toy its mine!" thats EXACTLY what all of u sound like "You can't have my band." Who cares if or if they don't "appreciate" the music as much as you. The main point is that Dashboard is getting their music to a broader range of people. Why the heck would you even care whether or not they stick w/ the band or interpret the lyrics as deeply as you do. Put yourself in any bands place......seriosuly think about it. If you had the choice to get a video on MTV so more people could hear about your band and enjoy your music. Would you do it? Of course you would. So lets all just grow out of elementary school and not care if someone else is listening to "your band." |
