this is now one of my favorite thrice song. but i can say that about anything thrice does. but this song definatly lifts me up. just the "in my darkest hour, the brightest light draws near to me," g makes me realize that if the situation is tough there will be something to get me threw it. |

I don't think this song is just talking about what happened to the native americans only. But colonization in general. Because all the world powers have gone into small countries and taken over like how the european powers went into Africa and divided it up. And also it is talking about how the corporations or the government tells us what they want us to know. because of the line "TV tells us everything we need to know " |
