big gay anthem... morrisseys lyrics are pretty cryptic but this ones obvious in my opinion... consider... 'its NOT like any other love...' notice the precise capitalization... 'and if the people stare, then the people stare...' 'the Good People laugh...' a friend of mine told me that 'sun shines out from our behinds' is a slang term for someone who thinks the world of themselves, if that doesnt describe a fag i dont know what does... plus theres that vulgar undercurrent... allusion to sodomy... and finally the end... 'i know my luck too well, ill probably never see you again...' describes every trick ive ever had... |

another gay anthem... shoplifiting is a misdemeanor crime... so is sodomy... see the connection? perhaps a cryptic code? 'my only weakness is a listed crime... my only weakness is well... never mind never mind...' |

| The Smiths – What Difference Does It Make? Lyrics | 23 years ago |

my interpretation of this song is that its about two ruffian youths... friends since children... one of them turns out to be gay... and tells the other... or he finds out... one youth does not want to hang out with a poof and the gay kid is saying 'what difference does it make?' 'cant we still be friends?' CONSIDER............. 'all men have secrets...' 'yet you start to recoil...' 'nopw you know the truth about me, you wont see me anymore...' 'yr prejudice wont keep you warm tonite...' the best part is 'you must be looking very old tonite' meaning old ways... |

| Le Tigre – Deceptacon Lyrics | 23 years ago |
| I think it's about poseurs, plain and simple... when you go out with someone you think is going to be so cool and turns out to be shady and the being the worst thing you can be... dull.... | |
