aww sad...
"She never loved me
Why should anyone?"
I love the vines. they rock. it's crazy how popular and hyped up they are becoming, and yet their cd isn't even coming out in the US until midway through next month...

I think this song has a lot of meaning behind it...probably different meanings, as well. To me, it is a song about regret and having not done something that was right, or not expressing yourself when you had the chance; it's about having the ability to make a change, but never doing it, and wishing you could. That's what I see anyway... |

hmmm I think the meaning behind this song (if put bluntly) is very simple...he (probably Yoshiki, because he tends to write most of these) lost someone he loves, possibly his father since he writes about him a lot because he died when Yoshiki was young. Yah, so that's my comment. Of course, it is a wonderful song, and probably my favorite by X Japan. |

yah, I saw them live, too, and I got to meet them...but I didn't know it was them until after I was leaving! yah, so I didn't know what they looked like, and I couldn't figure out why my friend (who is a musician) was talking to them about mtv and their new album, etc...so I'm kinda dense ^.^ |

grrr I think the song must have a different meaning than insomnia, despite what Geoff may have said. it's just so...blunt and obvious. it definitely has other symbols behind it...it must! |

| Thursday – Dying In New Brunswick Lyrics

yah...I think it's definitely about someone who endured something terrible in New Brunswick, whatever it maybe (probably rape since it was in the interview...). I think the last line is interesting...it could be saying that if you destroy the city and what it has always been since the traumatic event, you are also destroying the memories, and perhaps these memories are all the person knows..."If you smashed away all the buildings what would you have left?" Just a thought. |

some parts of it make me think that it is about continuing to live in the face of despair, actually...but I agree with you all, too. |

hey...no one's said anything about this one. well, I like it. but then, I just love everything thursday does. this song in particular is cool because it starts kinda quiet/mysterious/slow, then of course has the good thursday punch to it...gettin' louder, yellin'...yah, I'm listening to it this second. good song. |
