I've read Melis' entries up there over, and I really see what (s)he's saying. He has a point if you just let yourself be reasonable. She's trying to say she has her own style, and she's ORIGINAL when she wears everything that she does. She doesn't care what people think about her. I don't think she's going to limit herself to singing one kind of music either. I mean, some of her songs sound pop, and some even have a little rap (sorta) in them! Just don't diss her cuz she does what she wants, there's no rule that says if you're a singer you have to sing one kind of music and ONLY one kind of music. Maybe she likes more than just punk (if it's even that). But that debate on whether or not it's punk...WHO CARES! They're good songs and it doesn't matter what kind of song it is. You either like it or you don't, and the people who judge you for liking more than just one kind of music, are pitiful, because they won't open up to anything new. |

I think this song means something different though...Like maybe there was just a group of popular people who shut her out, until they got to know her. But they actually met her (found out who she really was) by her writing songs. Cuz of how it says, "I write this song/That's what it takes." Maybe it was just one incident where she tried to go up and make friends with a group of people , but she was different...and it just didn't happen the way she wanted it to. That's why she said, "I just don't understand, why you won't talk to me," and, "Don't talk words against me." Because maybe they talked behind her back after gettin' rid of her....Oh well..That's just what I think though. |

If you don't get the MEANING of the song....don't come lookin' at the lyrics! People like you aggrivate the crap outta me. Just mind your OWN BUSINESS. I personally...Like all the songs on her CD because they all have really good meanings, and I know people that the songs describe really good, and I love them to death! It's almost like the songs are made for my friends! |

I think it's pitiful that you actually spend time looking for the song to make fun of it. Honestly, your life must be really boring if you have time to do that. You're only make a fool of yourself.
