This song is one that I always enjoyed, but never really looked deeper. I disagree w/ pillow about it being about his grandmother. Maybe aesthetically it would appear that obvious, but the references to "The Stigmata" and "Crucifiction" are too obvious to be about the mere death of a loved one. I have a feeling it has something to do with someone being a martyr, but "The Grandfather" is what keeps me from coming to a decisive conclusion as to what this song means. So if anyone knows for sure, please post.... |

I think that people should write about the song instead of how cool their respective countries are. Yes, I am aware that I am not really talking about the song...but you guys just go off on tangents. And these Americans who arent happy, got some good news and some bad news for ya. Good news is, is that the borders are fuckin open, so you can leave if you want. Bad news is that if you arent happy here then you wont be anywhere else, so quit your bitching and moaning and suck it up. That said, GREAT SONG!!! |
