this song is really great, i bought the dvd the day that it came out, i love the movie so much, it just makes me feel different when i watch it. the soundtrack is really great too!! just a bunch of music from mandy moore and switchfoot! and you all should really read the book too! :) |

This song does not directly mean anything to me, but one of my good friend's father beat her mother when she was younger and also left her and her younger brother when they were younger with nothing. Nickelback has helped my friend deal with the pain of her father leaving. My friend has taken this song, sent it and the lyrics to her father through the mail. Now all there is to do is to see the reaction that her father will have to this "letter." If there are any of you out there that are are dealing with this same problem, I feel that this is a great way to try to get through to a long lost father or even a mother. ~Peace~ |
