the "la la lie" part is definitely not just a "jingle" or backup vocals... if it was that insignificant, andrew would not have named the song after it. hell, he would have just said "la la la" instead. i agree with gaylordmfocker... i think he means that his friends are helping him pull through by lying and telling him what they think he needs to hear. |

I'm pretty sure some of these lyrics are wrong... the right ones are "cough words I can't speak so I stop my struggling, then I float to the surface, fill my lungs with air, then let it out, i GIVE IT ALL" AND "Breathe, the air we give, the life we live, our pulses racing distances, so wet my tongue, break into song, through seas of competition" this song is really really awesome. |
