i just broke up w/ a gf, so maybe my view on this song is a little distorted. to me the ghost that's left is the relationship b/t him and a girl. and when they were trying to fix the problem [bleed the sickness], they ended up ruining their love [drained hearts] and now the ghost is all that's left. and he's asking can we be saved. i'm sure their's a religious side to this song too, but that's what i get out of this song |

brodie ts nailed it. chris is obviously talking about his feelings towards the fans and how i don't think we, as avid listeners of saves the day, take for granted how much pain he goes trhough and how much hurt he puts into the lyrics, just so that we can have somehting to fall back on when everything falls down aroudn us. and the coolest part of this song is that i am not sure that he is bitter about it. |

wow. 1st off, some of you guys really can't type. or you ahve some strange language that i'm not quite getting. 2nd. the first comment on this song - "A must listen to any true punkrocker." tru punkrockers dont' listen to rufio. not that i am one or anything, but punk has been currupted by all these post- teeny bop jerks who've essentially ruined everything that was good about punk. ehh, who am i to judge htouhg. rufio is still really good. that first comment just caught me off guard... |
