I NEED to say a few words about this song. This has helped me rumage up the courage to tell a girl how i felt. Now i have been going out with her for a year. And the parts Stand close to the fence and hands around your waist totally remind me of this one day where before we parted i told her how i felt and poured my heart out to her! I had my hands on her waist and we were standing close to a specific spot that i always pass everyday heh. This was the hardest thing i had ever done in my life. It could have blown up in my face and i could have lost a friend and a chance at the best thing that has ever happend to me in my life. THis has been the best choice in my whole intire life! Well first off i wanna say song meanings are not deffinate unless there tributes or something to that affect. But music is for the soul and they are what they mean to you and the writer. So i wanna say what this song means to me =P
When you listen to this song you think it about a break up. But thats to obvious. It goes much deeper than that. I get this sense of awww and amazement from this song. Because this song pegs teen relationships right on. I mean like that whole kisses back from you doesnt literally mean that they want their kisses back. Its been said before, but like then your young and you give a high five or even a kiss you ask for it back and give another and in the process you get a second. Another line is " the world don't spin without you

This song was out longgggg before lovehatetrag, ive heard it like years ago........but the newer version is way better though, and along with walking through barbed wire......its also redone, and a couple of other songs on the cd, ummm they also did that with infest, i think they did it with revenge, binge, and another one, i dunno theres more on lovehatetrag, that are remakes of older songs, but hey im not complaining, i think its cool, i luv papa roach |

Well, jason supposedly wrote this song about a girl. He was really good friends with her but she was in a serious relationship already, so he decided to wait for her. and also for the relationship to end. But he dident want to be just the rebound guy. So he wrote this song to show her how he has felt all that time. So he played it and sung it, and basicly won her over, personally i take the song to heart. and i know some of you will want to tell me that its about God, but theres more to every single song then a simple answer.
When i first heard it, i thought it was about a major decision that had to be made. when you hear the lines "this is over my head" and "by tomorrow morning ill have this thing beat" and the title somewhere in between should show that its a decision where your not quite sure of whats going to happen, and you want the best for yourself and you want to stay away from pain and all those nasty things
