This song sounds crude at first glance. The topic it is talking about is nothing but crude, racism, beating, injustice, murder, it all makes me sick. This song tells it like it is to the average black male, as far as encounters with the Police go. It's sad how much people fear the people who are supposed to be their protectors and defenders. Perfectly normal to be angry at a group causing you much anguish. Time changes all, it won't remain the same forever. Another good song having to do with Police is : System of a Down - Highway Song Anyhow, KidneyTheif is right not all Cops are bad, I'm asspiring to become one someday. Justice must be done. |

I've heard some people say that the part that goes -- with all your corporate puppets and all you're to oppose, -- is actually -- with all your corporate puppets and all your jeweled pearls, -- I listened to that part of the song over and over, and the truth is that both sound correct when you're trying to hear the words that are given to you, to me the top snippet makes more sense as far as the meaning of the song goes. Speaking of which, I do believe the song is focused on our government, the line talking about the American Dream doesn't make sense when thinking about governments other than the U.S. Good suggestion though Sarahann. |

Everyones view has been interesting so far, and about the Shroom theory, I wouldn't know =/ never done them or pretty much any other drug cept weed a few times, and I don't plan on it... not because it's illegal but because I don't like things that mess with my mind... I haven't come up with my own opinion yet, but still I think I should say that argueing with people over the internet isn't the way it should be, let anyone think what they want, and try to be open minded to what they say while still keeping your own opinion/belief/truths in mind and that would make this place a much better place for intelligent discussion. |
