i met the girl who this song is REALLY about. it's about Jordan's (from New Found Glory) sister. she works at a skate shop by my house, and she goes out with Mike from TSL. it was funny, i was just kind of humming the song to myself when i was walking around the store and she asked if i was singing starting line and i was like "yeah". and she goes what song. and i said "best of me". and she told me it was about her and then told me the story. it was pretty cool. |

this song is damn good cause its not like EVERY other song out there right now. every other band wants to sing about how they're so sad when a girl dumps them and they can't get over it and blah blah blah... but this song is just like listen it happens and its not your fault it just wasnt the right girl. rock on! |
