Desaparecidos – The Happiest Place on Earth Lyrics

Oberst and Dalley collabrate on lyrics. As for the person how says they get to see Desaparecidos all the time, too bad they've only played Omaha THREE times (Two of which I went to). Sadly, Desa is on hiatus (indefinitely? maybe). Talked to Oberst at a show recently and he said he hoped they would get back together. You should all check out Dalley's stuff - STATISTICS - it's pretty awesome. He's a talented young man. As for Desa being more broad lyrically...that is true. I relate to both Bright Eyes and Desa lyrics. Desa deals with common issues of life (with some political overtone) -- $$$$, marriage, SVUs. What makes us American...you could say. Bright Eyes takes on an introspective and personal prospective. But a lot of people still dislike Oberst's voice, whether it's in Desa or Bright Eyes.

I believe it was Todd, not Clarke, who was doing the interview, because he and Conor sound so alike. Conor is one of the two guys talking in the background, though.
