I can't help but think thhat he knoews he can make it work with this girl but she keeps giving up, and since he shows that he has love and hate for her, its kinda of like the hate is trying to teach her a listen, like throwing the lemonade in her face, kinda like getting her to starighten up, and make her think straight, and that he loves her but on the inside she is missing the commtment, and he wants to believe that she is the one for him, and the bit about how they collide is probably something only he can explain, and the bit about his heart is on the floor, is more irony and sarcasm than resentment, he is in disbelief at the way she acts, and he is saying how stupid she is, that kinda ties in witht he lemonade stuff, i think this can have diff meanings to diff ppl SAVES THE DAY IS THE BEST... we can all agree on that right? |

k Bwoodmeyer, i am saying that freddie didn't write the song for wayne's world like you said... "When Mike Myers approached Freddie to write a song for Wayne's World, he begged the comedian to write this song about his struggles with the disease." he wrote it a long time ago, not for the movie, is anyone else listening to me, and im not trying to be rude, but it seemed pretty stupid and from what i've heard on here the song originally came out in the 70's |

K, is it just me or is Bwoodmeyer retarded... if this song was released in 73 then wouldn't mike meyers be like 7 years old?!?! either way i think this is a great song, and that it could be about aids, and i could not be, they both have strong cases, but instead couldn't we just enjoy the song, and be glad such a great songwriter was ever born? hm? |
