Also Ninti is Eve and Ishkur is a god who as ozzyrollerbauhn863 stated, is sacred to bulls and lions, like the beast from the sea and sky. and he is also dear to the number six. art thou not human man is stating we are mortal and sin. however is serj saying to worship these "gods" or to not be afraid of them and not do what they order. its about a person not wanting to accept his faith because it is to hard for him yet he knows there is a god and wants it to not be true so he can live an easy life. i think this reflects many lazy ass americans who don't belive in a god because of that |

This song is about many things, but all about how mest up the "system" is. Huh? I'll explain. first off Daron said that their name was not directed towards just the government but our society and how its so screwed up. The lyrics plainly talk about a dude on Drugs as well as war: The kombucha mushroom people, Sitting around all day, -about people either shrooming, going off to war(as in mushroom clouds), or people wanting things to get fixed but don't do anything(kombucha is a yeast used in teas to heal illness). Who can believe you, Who can believe you, -who believes in what your doing(drugs), why are going off to war or that nobaody supports you(could be like a vietnam scenario),nobody believes things is wrong or that things will change. Let your mother pray, (sugar) -people are worried about you or all you can do is pray things will go right.(sugar suggests its somebody significant) Well I'm not there all the time you know Some people, some people, some people, Call it insane, yeah they call it insane, (sugar) -that person is high, he is traumatized by war, always hoping for things to go right. I play Russian roulette everyday, a man's sport, With a bullet called life, yeah called life,(sugar) -he might OD and is dealing with the struggles of life, he is in war, duh. (sugar) -the drug head is abusive towards people who don't agree with his life style, the soldiers are being turned on by their own people and are angry, cops abusing their power(since a boyfriend is usually stronger than his girl) People are always chasing me down, Trying to push my face to the ground, Where all they really want to do, Is suck out my mother fucking brains, my brains (sugar). -dealers pressuring the addict, the gov not letting us know whats really wrong making us brainless workers(whatch the video) I sitt, in my desolate room, no lights, no music, Just anger, I've killed everyone, I'm away forever, but I'm feeling better.... -the druggy OD'd or something, vets are traumatized due to all the violence and hard work they went through and then feel their deed or useless since they were and are just pawns for some political or power hungry reason(whatch the video), the whole damn world is screwed and has always been from the begginning since were living in sin and somebody just realized it and is depressed. just random ideas, im not totally sure, but for the most part im for this theory since most of soads songs use parallelisms or metaphors and such.
