I agree with the people who said punk is not a look or a genre. It is an attitude and way of life. Someone told me that, "someone walking around in prep clothes could really be punk at heart" and that's true. Whoever said they were sick of labels on music, same here. It seems everything has to fit into a certain genre now days and if your opinion of what kinda music something is is thought of as wrong you're called ignorant. |

Er...I never really knew the lyrics before, just heard it. Now that I've seen the lyrics...I don't get em. Some of it doesn't make sense to me. *shrug* Must just be me. ...I do like the tune though. It's catchy. And to kari0104, the same question popped into my head (2). It seems she's trying to hard to be seperated from the pop princesses like Britney Spears. Maybe that's who she is for real, but that's just the impression I get anyway. |
