The part "might have smoked a few in my time" is about how he has used girls in the past, ie. tired of sex, and the rest of the song is about how he wants a real relationship and finds an awesome girl but she's a lesbian. So Rivers is not gay at all. He might be a loser emo kid, but arent we all? |

I dont know if the song is genius but it is very deep.

What I think this means is, he's so depressed about not being able to talk to girl he resorts to drinking to make him feel better, and "worthless answers from friends of mine" is how that he is probably the only one in his group of friends that cant talk to girls and they give him advice on how to do it but nothing works.
