I also heard this song on a cd I got for 1$ at the Warped tour last year at Asbury Park. He does sound like Tom from Blink 182. When I play it for people they ask if its a new Blink song. I hate new Blink. ATM is so much better. |

The coral part is from that SNL guy who did Deep Thoughts, Jack Handey. The song title came from a joke Kurt had. When people asked Kurt how he was he would always say "I hate myself and I want to die" as a joke. This was supposed to be the name of "Incesticide" but instead got put on that Beavis and Butthead thing. |

The song is about how people conform to fit with the "in crowd." The first few lines are kind of out of place. On a Silverchair site it said that Daniel saw a show on like Discovery channel or something like that where there was some boy who got rabies in the Andes, and there was a picture of him sitting on a big red ball. Thats what inspired the song, that kid was a "freak." |

I don't care how many people say Hatebreed sold out, even if they did this song is still great. Except at the Hatebreed show people we're screaming at Converge to get off the stage, now thats not right. Hatebreed is good but Converge is much better. |
