This song is absolutely beautiful. I cried the first time I heard it. I think it is a lullaby in a way. I love how it's so simple. It sounds like he did lose some girl but still cares for her. Like it's a lullaby for her. Like even though they're not together he still cares for her a lot and he'll always be there for her, even to just watch her sleep. I think it's just so beautiful. I have this thing, I don't know what it is, but like seeing someone sleeping to me is like the most beautiful and peaceful thing in the world. Sounds weird I know, but like my boyfriend, I could just watch him sleep forever and that's the most beautiful thing I can imagine. That's probably why I like this song so much :) Bright Eyes is really good :) Conor sings very well in this song :) |
