Sorry man, but it's the first word that's said in this song. Turn up the volume and you'll hear it. as for the rest of the album it is cuss free. with the exception of the word fuck that you can't hear unless you have the volume turned up, or if you have a good set of speakers/headphones. This song was just a whole buch of people saying stupid shit. there's samples from books(ie watership down), tv shows (ie simpsons), people just saying whatever. It's just incoherent babble that sounds really fucking cool, and catchy as hell. Whatever Judd said is either something funny or complete idiocy seeing as the song doesn't have any real meaning. | Very powerful lyrics and an outstanding song. It's sad that there are families that do live in these situations. I've grown up in such a situation, so has my ex, most of my cousins, and siblings. I've also known friends who experienced similar dispositions, and not all of them were native. It's one of few that would break me down and make me cry. I just d-loaded the video for this. it's disturbing but the cinematography doesn't fit very well with the music. But Manson's videos seem to be hit and miss anyway so it's expected. Good song and okay video but they don't really mix. Besides that, This song does have an eighties pop sound to it rather than the classic 30's vaudeville theme. At least it still fits in with the album theme (if not the essence of it). I'm not a fan of Marilyn Manson but I do have to admit his last three studio albums were superbly produced. |

| All maynard's works have several meanings, except for Hooker With a Penis and Aenima. Even in interviews, shows etc.. he'll give off different meanings to different sources. For instance, A Perfect Circle's 13th Step was said to mean the step after the 12 step program for rehabilitation, he also said that it was called 13th step because it was his 13th year in LA. And in another interview he said that it all goes back to when he was a kid and hit his head on the 13th step. We'll never truly know all, or just the one , meanings of his songs/poems/albums. | I don't know what you guys are on but this song is about the time when Maynard lost his communication(and how he acknowledged it) with the rest of tool while he went off to do his A Perfect Circle stuff(Which is f---ing great s--t). I can't see how you relate this to christianity, paganism and all that bs. the meaning of schism (in this song) is a splittingof antagonistic parts. not the splitting of christen branches.
