punk is music. it's not the way you dress. dude, if you want to be an individual and you dress in all "punk clothes," you're just like EVERYONE ELSE. you're not an individual. you're wearing a costume; the same outfit everyone else is.
same with the blue hair, 700 chains, everything.
lilmike--everyone sterotypes everyone else. it's the world we live in. in the perfect world, we won't have prejudice, and we won't have sterotypes. but alas, we don't live in the perfect world. same with punks. some punks sterotype preps. some preps sterotype punks. some people just don't have an open enough mind. that's just the way it is. :( |
