I love this song. Again awesome lyrics. What I've learned is that when you end a relationship you only think about the good times you had w/ that person. And sometimes just when you think your getting over that person, just like the song says, "the saddness of losing that person comes when it's least expected". Memories are hard to deal with. They can be very emotionally painful. I know I carry very fond memories of someone I cared for, and everytime they surface, it still hurts me that we're no longer together. Even though are relationship was in turmoil, I still cannot get the great memories of our past out of my head. I love RUFIO |

I love the lyrics to this song. I think this truley is how people feel when they are are healing from a broken heart. When your heart is broken your road to recovery is emotionally painful. Like it states in the song"it takes all you have". You become so saddned b/c you don't know how, or don't want to live your life w/o that person you love. Life is full of tough lessons, but I always said a broken hard is probably one of the hardest things your faced with in life. Awesome song. |

Reading a lot of these response is very sad. I Too can relate to this song. This song describes a situation that recently occurred in my life. Lies can destroy so much in relationships. But most importantly it can destroy the heart of that someone who you love. You could tell in the song that the guy builds his inner strength , even though it's killing him, and decides to close the door on this hurtful, and deceitful relationship. I love DC, and I think most do b/c they can relate a lot of his lyrics to something that has occurred in peoples lives. |

What an amazing song. The first time i heard it I played it 10 times. His music is so passionate. I think Chris brings out intense emotion in many. DC was recommended by a very special person (an ex). They will always mean something unique to me. Unplugged on MTV is scheduled for JUNE, if anyone hears of a date change please let me know..... This song is awesome. I'm a new DC listener and the words say it all. Someone who I cared for so deeply sent me the lyrics to this song and It really expresses the hurt that they are experiencing. Obviously this girl was unfaithful, and her hair, it's everywhere, is a reminder to him everytime he sees it of the love that he no longer has. |

I agree with everyone that relates this song as being perfect for romeo and juliet. Terrific movie, my all time favorite, and perfect song to play at the end of a couples tragic love story. This song really makes you feel thier pain, but oddly enough it makes you feel something painful that has happned to you.... It's such a sad but yet beautiful song. I've always said , I have never come across a band that can make you feel soo much , than the way Radiohead does. |

I went to see radiohead on their last tour at Liberty State Park in New Jersey summer of 2001. This song brought tremondous chills down everyone's spine. This is the best song on the album. It can stir up such intense emotion in you. It makes you think of some part of your life that you miss, and are sad about not having, (just my interpretation) but it still makes you feel amazing. The melody is incredible, and Thom Yorke's voice as always is beautiful and captivating.... |

Wow first time using this site. Sense a lot of tension. Well Let Down was the first song I heard that led me to admire so deeply Radiohead.I have never heard a band with so much passion in there music. Everytime I hear this song I still get the chills. |
