to me singin is overrated. i like more interesting vocals, hence my preference of slipknot over paparoach. the growling carries more emotion, makes it to where you can almost hear the pain and desperation in the artists voice. and serge (sp?) from soad has an awesome indescribable something in his vox that i like a lot too... and the dude from coal chamber. that throaty scratchy sound is great. by the way, is this the same roacher from the rocktoons message board? |
