Not a bad song, if you like Simon and Milo I suggest getting their first cd (Prozzak - Hot Show). I liked that one a lot better. I first heard of them from Much Music, the best music video channel there is. I had no idea this was in a Disney movie, oh well. Freakin' Hell! I just got the Warped Tour 2002 CD and I did not expect the Tsunami Bomb song to be my favorite one. I mean, The Ataris are my favorite band, and NOFX, Finch, and a whole buck of other kickass bands are on it. But the best song on the collection came from the band I've barely even heard of. My God, this song rules. |

I can't believe no one has commented on this yet. This is one of the most well written and meaningful songs I've ever heard. I mean, a lot of people could wirte a song about a mother's children dying... but this was a REAL story. Plus, Saving Private Ryan was based on the Sullivan story. They were all on the same ship and they all died at the same time. I don't know what could be sadder to a mother than losing all 5 of her sons at once. Plus, this song rocks. |

Although the line about being on the can is a bit jarring, the rest of the song is perfect. Its about being so in love that you can't do anything but think of that one girl. Her eyes, her personality (that's right, not just superficial things), you can't even do anything else but just sit there and dream. |

What the hell do you want from me?" I love that line. I think this song is saying "the world is beating me down, but I'm stronger than them and I will survive." Obviously sung from the viewpoint of mistreated animals, but it doesn't have to be just that. Either way, the song rules, the album rules (I drove 2 1/2 hours to Canada to get it 2 weeks early... and took Berkowitz412 with me). Go buy the CD May 21. You won't be disappointed. |

DUDE! Spider and Action, that's how I first heard of the Ataris too. About 2 years later I was fed up with not knowing who the real band was so I posted the lyrics on a Sum 41 message board asking who it was and well, now they're my favorite band. I guess whoever first changed that filename accomplished exactly what he wanted. |
