this song is terrible. They waste about half of the song saying pretty much nothing, and then their only arguement is a "I'm right, your wrong, wrong wrong wrong wrong" statement. Glad I'm agnostic and prochoice so I don't have to side with these idiots! |

this song threw me off for a while because I expected robert smith was talking about a girl, which of course doesn't make much sense based on the lyrics. I came up with this convulted idea that robert was singing from the perspective of both a male and female in a messed up relationship, which sorta works? Ha ha, anways...
Either way once I found out about the suicide it just made the song even more sad, for it feels like Robert Smith is literally writing/playing the last song of his career thats taken over his life and lost in touch with true friends. The "I miss you miss you" part nearly puts me to tears each time I listen to it. |

The intro to this song is genius on how each instrument in the band builds off each other with the drum start, then into the bass line, then first string guitar. Then the second guitar echos the first, the synth/piano kicks in followed by that magical guitar solo. By the time robert smith starts with show me show it's beyond perfect. It's just like heaven. |
